Jharkhand Class 12 Arts Exam Results 2018 Declared
The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the Jharkhand Class 12 Result 2018 for Arts on June 27, 2018 at 2 pm. The results are available on the Council’s official websites jac.nic.in and jharresults.nic.in. The Council had conducted the Class 12 examinations from March 8 to March 27, 2018. The Council had declared the Class 12 Result for Science along with Commerce stream on June 7, 2018 at 12.30 pm. This year, around 3,17,000 candidates appeared for the Class 12 examinations.

Last Year, the fate of around 1,87,610 students were announced on May 30 when the JAC 12th Arts Result was officially announced by the Ranchi office of the Jharkhand Board. Of the total number, 1,34,978 students had qualified for the exam taking the overall pass percentage to 71.95%. Although, the JAC 12th Arts Result took a plunge in terms of the pass percentage which stood at 74.19% in 2016 and 81.36% in 2015. The decline in the pass percentage was attributed to factors such as stringent examination and strict anti-cheating policies. Another impressive feat in last year's JAC Arts Result was that 9,841 had qualified with first class, 88,921 with second class and 34,725 with third class.
The girls again proved their mettle with the JAC 12th Arts Result 2017 scoring consolidated pass percentage of 74.02 per cent, whereas the boys managed to score a cumulative passing percentage of 69.19 per cent in JAC 12th Arts Result 2017. Anshu Toppo of St Anne's Intermediate College had emerged as the state topper with 423 marks out of 500. Vaishnavi Kumari of Ursuline Intermediate College had secured 2nd rank while Megha Kumari of KN High School was at the third spot. With this, the top three slots have been secured by girl students.
