AIIMS MBBS Result 2018 Declared

AIIMS MBBS Result 2018 – AIIMS New Delhi has declared AIIMS MBBS 2018 result on June 18, 2018. The counselling of AIIMS MBBS 2018 has begun on June 23, 2018, with registrations for the mock round, while the counselling first round will take place from June 28 onwards. The AIIMS MBBS 2018 counselling will be held in online mode for the first time this year.

The AIIMS result 2018 for MBBS programmes was released in online mode only. AIIMS New Delhi declared AIIMS MBBS result 2018 in the form of roll-number wise and rank-wise merit lists containing names and individual percentile scores of the candidates. Apart from this, candidates can view/download their results by logging in through their AIIMS MBBS accounts.

Qualified candidates equivalent to four times the total number of AIIMS MBBS seats have been included in the released merit lists as part of the AIIMS MBBS 2018 result and the percentile score obtained by the last candidate in each category which will be treated as the AIIMS MBBS merit percentile has also been released. The merit lists released as part of the AIIMS MBBS 2018 result declaration contain details like candidate’s Roll Number, All India Rank, Category, Category Rank, Subject-wise and overall percentile scores. As per AIIMS New Delhi, "This is NOT the complete list of all candidates who have qualified in the above examination. This list only includes those eligible candidates equivalent to four times the total number of seats available in all the above AIIMS".

AIIMS MBBS exam for the first time was conducted on two days May 26 and 27, 2018. Candidates needed to obtain a minimum of 50% (45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST) marks in AIIMS MBBS 2018 to qualify AIIMS MBBS exam. This year, AIIMS MBBS will give admission to a total of 807 MBBS seats across nine AIIMS institutions (including AIIMS Guntur and AIIMS Nagpur), of which 800 admissions will be on the basis of AIIMS MBBS exam (7 seats are reserved for foreign nationals).
